This finale is epic in every way imaginable, and the perfect conclusion to this amazing series! After the ending of the fourth book, Revolution, with the revelation that Daddy of the Hotty-McHottster gargoyle brothers is alive and well, and that he basically hates Eve, well, you know that some major drama was going to go down in this book. And boy did it! There's danger around every turn, and the London clan only has a select few they can trust. It's very difficult to review this book without giving away spoilers, but I'm going to do my best. Just trust me on this though, read this as soon as you can because you will not be disappointed.

"I’ll catch you when you fall, always. All of your broken dreams, I will make them fade away. When you’re lost, I will find you and bring you home. I will pick you up when your world shatters.”

Asher and Eve have had every force against them from the beginning, and it doesn't stop in this book. But together, they make an unstoppable force that nothing will get in the way of them being together. I loved Eve's growth in this novel. She has come such a long way since that girl in the first book. Eve steps up into her role and she marks her place in both the clan and the gargoyle world. Nothing will stop her from protecting those she loves the most, and she will go to immeasurable lengths to make sure that the baddies don't win. Asher is his ever-protective, passionate self that will make you swoon and melt inside. He still is dominant and stubborn, but it just makes you love him even more. Plus, he has that piercing that gets you every single time. Together, Asher and Eve as perfect for each other and I loved the way they developed an even stronger dynamic. They truly became a couple, realizing that there is a certain give and take in every relationship, and they accomplish this perfectly. And there's one specific scene (you'll know it when you read it) that brought me to tears because it was so beautiful, and basically left me looking like a blubbering mess.

"Here in the darkness of the night and in the light of the moon and stars, I vow this to you. There is nothing I will fight harder for than to love, shelter, and revere you, forever, with every fiber of my being. Nothing stronger exists than my love for you, Eve Marie Collins. I will protect you, always."

Abby and Callan are still the cutest couple ever, and had me laughing so hard throughout the book. We see a bit of a different side to McKenna (aka Cupcake) and it was very refreshing. There are some other major changes in store for the clan in this book, with a surprise addition for one of our favorite couples. I loved how much the other clans were incorporated into the story, and I'm hoping we see more of them in the spin-off series. Gage was his normal, bad boy self, and while I did wish for a bit more of a conclusion with him and Nessa, I think my suspicions will be correct that we'll see more of him in the next series. However, that being said, we see significant growth with his character as well. My heart was breaking for him so many times while reading, and the end just put a huge smile on my face. Gage has come such a long way, and he deserves every happiness!

Randi did an excellent job at leading into the Royal Protector's Academy (RPA), and I am so excited to see what will happen. She set the series up perfectly, and it's a seamless transition. There's even a bit of a sneak peek of the new series, and it definitely gets off to an interesting start!!

Overall, this is the perfect conclusion to this series, and I couldn't have asked for a better ending. You can tell how much Randi is devoted to these characters, and she delivered an absolutely wonderful story for fans. With twists and turns that you won't see coming, this is a beautifully breathtaking book that will sweep you away. When I picked up the first book in this series I had no clue that this would become such a huge part of my life, but this series has a special place in my heart, and I will always consider it one of my all-time favorites. Randi creates an extraordinary and unique world that you will want to visit over and over again. While I am sad to see these characters go, I can't wait to see what Randi has in store for us next with RPA!! Go read this now!

Happy reading :)
